Now I know you all know we make bread, but did you know we make Garlic Parmesan Bread sticks??? And who can resist our wholesome Honey Whole Wheat Bread? And most people don’t pass up our traditional White Bread. Cinnamon Bread is perfect for breakfast…or lunch…or anytime you feel like! Cranberry Wild Rice Bread?! Who even knew that was a bread? Waverly does now. Then there’s our Jalapeno Cheddar Bread for those who live on the spicy side of life. And you can’t go wrong with traditional French Bread. Who doesn’t love to make a good sandwich out of that??? But wait…there’s more GARLIC PARMESAN BREAD STICKS! Kind of like the ones at an Italian restaurant we all know and love, and maybe just a little better?

At the Mixing Bowl we often have a variety of scones with fresh berries or seasonal flavors! Scones are perfect for someone who loves a breakfast pastry with a cup of coffee but might not want something as sugary as a donut or cinnamon roll!

We’ve got some big news here at the Mixing Bowl!
We are very excited to announce that we are extending our hours. The Mixing Bowl will now be open until 4pm Tuesday – Friday. For right now we will still be closing 1pm on Saturdays.

Easter is right around the corner, and The Mixing Bowl wants to be sure you have the best homemade goodies for all of your Easter basket or Easter dinner needs!
We will have a variety of treats decorated just for Easter available in the bakery. Hand-Dipped Pretzel Rods, Easter Cake Balls, and our Lemon or Raspberry Lace Cookies will be the perfect finishing touch to your Easter celebration.

Fresh glazed donuts are available at the Mixing Bowl Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. In the almost 3 months we’ve been open we’ve heard wonderful things from the people that have made it down to get their hands on a fresh donut – but we’d love to hear what you think!
We think it’s the little things like starting a new family tradition of getting some donuts at the bakery on Saturday mornings or making the Mixing Bowl your new spot for some fresh artisan bread that are what make our location in downtown Waverly so special.
